MEMORANDUM OF CONSIDERATION OF APPLICATION BEFORE THE AFBCMR

Having carefully reviewed this application, we agree with the recommendation of the Air
Force office of primary responsibility and adopt the rationale expressed as the basis for our
decision that the applicant has been the victim of either an error or an injustice. Therefore, we
recommend the applicant's records be corrected to show that:
The pertinent military records of the Department of the Air Force relating to APPLICANT,
be corrected to show that:
a. His AF Form 100, Request and Authorization for Separation, dated 19 April 2013,
be changed in item 31 to reflect 1 April 2013, rather than 19 April 2013.
b. Competent authority authorized reimbursement for the Personally Procured Move
of his Household Goods from Dyess Air Force Base, Texas to Griswold, Connecticut, under
JFTR, Volume 1 Paragraph U5320-D.
